Includes a reconciliation of BPO data by a licensed and certified appraiser. USPAP principles are applied to every analysis to provide an opinion as to the aparent adequacy and relevance of the data and the property, an opinion as to the appropriateness of the valuation methods and techniques used, and for developing and reporting any reasons for disagreement as well as a final VPR estimate.
