Equi-Trax offers the most effective Right Party Contact services
Our objective is face-to-face contact with your borrowers. To achieve that goal, we visit the property up to three times. As needed, we will contact at least two neighbors for information on your borrower ONLY and the property. Also, we evaluate the property and provide a description of the neighborhood. For instance, we include in our report information about vehicles in the driveway, along with license plate numbers, states the cars are registered in, and their make and model. If there is a “For Sale” sign on the property, we’ll provide the realtor’s name and phone number.
