Equi-Trax Names Director of Customer Service
Equi-Trax Asset Solutions LP, a national collateral valuation provider offering a line of hybrid valuation products delivered under a meticulous quality control process that bridges the gap between BPOs and full appraisals, has announced it has promoted Danielle Drewisch to the position of director of client relations.
“I enjoy the challenge and the opportunity of this new position. It affords me the opportunity to use my title and escrow experience to help our clients and vendors,” Drewisch said.
In her new role, Ms. Drewisch will manage a team of customer service professionals and ensure that strong relationships are developed with clients and with Equi-Trax’s business partners. Prior to her promotion, Ms. Drewisch had been an account manager for Equi-Trax, which she joined in 2008.
“Her work has been outstanding, and we are elated to announce this promotion,” said Guy Taylor, chief executive officer at Equi-Trax. “Danielle is a devoted employee, one with extensive mortgage and real estate experience. She has become an integral part of our team.”
Ms. Drewisch holds a real estate license and joined Equi-trax from a First American affiliate, where she worked as a county customer services manager for escrow and title services. Drewisch is a former board member of the California Escrow Association, serving as a liaison between Santa Barbara County and the trade group. She has also worked for Pura Vida, a real estate development company in Costa Rica.
She started her real estate career with First American Title Co. She was a regent scholar, and she is a graduate of University of California at Santa Barbara.
