Mark Weisgerber , Operations Manager/Controller
Mark Weisgerber has over 20 years of experience working for the industry's largest title underwriters, including Fidelity National Title and LandAmerica Title. He has also served as an executive with various insurance companies in the western region.
Mr. Weisgerber most recently served as director of title operations and Advisory Title Officer for Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties in California for United General Title, a division of First American Financial.
Prior to joining Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP, Mr. Weisgerber worked with public records to provide valuation and sales information to real estate agents, commercial and residential lenders, and appraisers. He was responsible for setting underwriting policy on a local level with input from national underwriting departments and was responsible for working with commercial and residential lenders on multi-million dollar escrow closings to issue title insurance policies.
